Use a measuring tape to measure around the fullest part of your chest while wearing the clothing you plan to wear under the vest.
The size you select from the drop-down menu will be the actual measurement of the finished garment, not your body size.
For a comfortable fit and ease of movement, we recommend adding 4 inches (10 cm) to your chest measurement.

Example: If your chest measures 40", please order a 44" chest size vest.
