- Note: Minor variations in pattern, colour, and texture are natural characteristics of genuine hair-on hide and make each bag unique.

RETURNS POLICY
We offer a no fuss returns policy so if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to refund. Item must be in original condition and unused. Customized / altered orders are non returnable. Just make sure you inform us within 7 days of receiving your order if you’re in UK and 12 days if overseas.
Please measure yourself accurately. Customer will be responsible for postage of item back to us and for the replacement/ exchange item if the wrong size was ordered.
