LeatherAddicts uses four types of real top-grade leather: cowhide, lambskin, sheepskin, and buffalo. All are treated with REACH-compliant processes, Azo-free dyes, and Chrome-VI free tanning — certified safe for direct contact with human skin.

Around 90% of LeatherAddicts garments are 100% genuine real leather. The remaining 10% are faux leather, clearly labelled on every product listing.

Send us your body measurements when you order and we cut and stitch your jacket, trousers, or skirt to fit you perfectly. A normal tailor charges £15 to £30 just for sleeve alterations; we do full custom fitting for free.

After ordering, LeatherAddicts emails you a simple measurement guide with photos. You need a soft measuring tape and about five minutes.

We ask for six measurements:

If you are unsure, you can post us a jacket that already fits you well and we will copy the measurements.

All orders are sent with tracked, signed-for courier services so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

LeatherAddicts offers a 30-day return policy on ready-made (non-custom) items. The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Returns are handled at our SK22 warehouse — you can post the item back or, if local, arrange to drop it off in person.

For made-to-measure and custom items, returns are accepted only if the item has a manufacturing fault or does not match the measurements you provided. In that case, we alter, replace, or refund free of charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to start a return.

Real leather lasts decades with proper care. A LeatherAddicts jacket easily lasts 10 to 20 years if you follow these five steps:

• Keep leather away from direct sunlight and heat sources like radiators.
• If wet, air-dry naturally. Never use a hairdryer or tumble-dryer.
• Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a leather-specific cleaner.
• Apply leather conditioner every 3 to 6 months to keep it soft and prevent cracking.
• Store on a wide padded hanger in a cool, dry place. Avoid plastic covers — leather needs to breathe.
